Life Protection Direct is a trading name of Padstone Financial Management Ltd. Padstone Financial Management Ltd is an Independent Financial Adviser which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Padstone Financial Management Ltd offer comprehensive independent advice on all aspects of finance from investments to Inheritance Tax planning and mortgage protection to long term care. We are based in the beautiful county of Herefordshire and were formed by a small group of former Nat West Bank employees in January 2001. Our client base now spreads wide and far having been developed from existing clients and personal recommendations in the main. We have extensive experience in advising retired and retiring clients in both investments and Inheritance Tax planning. Having reviewed the market place and in light of the continued thriving of the internet, we decided that there was a specific need for an on-line comparative quotation system that would allow clients to access basic Life Assurance quotations without the need to pick up the telephone. Technological advancement restricts the actual completion of proposals electronically by clients at present but this, we would foresee as a progression in the near future. At present a short phone call will allow a proposal to be completed by ourselves electronically or upon receipt of a paper proposal completed by the client. We will check the information and call you if anything is missing or if any errors are evident in order to speed up the process. We are small enough to provide a much valued personal service, where you will not get lost in the system or speak to a different person every time as is so often the case with the large institutions these days. All we ask is that at busy times you be patient if you cannot get through first time every time and be assured that we will expand our systems to satisfy demand when the need is evident.
